Có hai mặt của một vấn đề :
Bà Nancy Pelosi hôm nay, trong cuộc phỏng vấn ngắn với MSNBC, đại ý nói rằng
các hãng như Twitter và Facebook góp tiền ủng hộ chính trị để đổi lấy hai điều :
- một là, không bị nhà nước kềm chế hay điều tiết
- hai là, không phải đóng thuế
Đổi lại, ai muốn làm gì thì làm, vì Twitter hay Facebook chỉ là cỗ máy kiếm tiền quảng cáo trên nguyên tắc "sống chết mặc bay, tiền thày bỏ túi"
Sự thật, trong năm tranh cử TT 2016 Facebook đã nhận tiền thuê quảng cáo của người Nga, VÀ NHẬN TIỀN RÚP (RUSSIAN RUBLE) CỦA NGA !!!
Hôm nay, thằng Mark Zuckerberg, chủ Facebook, đã lên TV nói thẳng:
"chúng tao không nên làm trọng tài cho sự thật" (we should not be arbiters of truth)
Nghĩa là, trên Facebook, ai... muốn nói cái ...gì ... thì cứ nói !!!
Môi trường truyền thông do đó đã bị nhiễu loạn, và trở thành vùng ô nhiễm lừa bịp chính trị, đến độ người Nga đã biến nó thành vũ khí để giúp Trump gian dối và thắng cử năm 2016.
Và chính Trump cũng đang tận dụng mọi trò đểu bằng cách lạm dụng cái mà T. cho là quyền "tự do" ngôn luận, mà theo T là tự do bịp bợm, vu oan, vu khống bất kỳ ai T muốn.
Vì những quá trớn như thế, mà gần đây, khi T. đăng tin giả trên Twitter về bỏ phiếu bằng thư, hãng Twitter đã kèm theo dòng "kiểm chứng" tin láo xạo đó.
T. đang đe dọa, đòi phát lệnh trừng phạt những hãng nào muốn dẫn lối "kiểm chứng" các trò bịp đó!
Nhà Trắng nhận ra rằng họ không thể ban hành một mệnh lệnh hành pháp để giải thích về đạo luật, nên đã yêu cầu bộ thương mại, một cơ quan mà tổng thống kiểm soát, để kiến nghị với FCC, một cơ quan độc lập mà ông không kiểm soát. Và những gì FCC có thể làm là bằng cách xem xét quy chế, được viết bởi quốc hội. Ngặt nỗi, Mục 230 không có chỗ nào cho FCC cái thẩm quyền để giải thích Mục 230 của Quốc Hội.
Cái mà ta tưởng là "tự do ngôn luận" theo lý tưởng sạch đẹp, thực ra chỉ là BÃI CỨT SÌNH THỐI CỦA HẦM CẦU CHÍNH TRỊ MỸ !!!
Bọn linh cẩu Việt Nam vong nô phản quốc, và bè lũ bọn tay sai vong nô dân chủ cuội trong nước cũng hiểu và lạm dụng trò "tự do" ngôn luận theo kiểu côn đồ thông tin, hiếp dâm sự thật của các tay đầu sỏ chính trị ở HK!!!

Trump Executive Order Targets Legal Protections for Social Media giants

President Donald Trump on Thursday afternoon tweeted he would be signing an executive order “to defend free speech” against the content moderation policies of several major tech companies. The announcement comes just days after Twitter, for the first time, attached a fact check notification to the president’s tweets.
Olivier Sylvain, a law professor at Fordham University, said the executive order lacks “real teeth,” considering the president doesn’t have the power to alter Section 230.
“Among other things, the executive order recommends the commerce department petition the Federal Communications Commission to enter an interpretation of Section 230. If that sounds convoluted, that’s because it is convoluted,” Sylvain told TheWrap.
He continued: “The White House recognizes it cannot promulgate an interpretation of a statute by executive order, so they’ve asked an agency over which the president has control over, the commerce department, to petition the FCC, an independent agency over which he has no control. And the only way we evaluate what the FCC can do is by looking at the statute, which is written by congress, and Section 230 does not set out any authority for the FCC to interpret Section 230.”
The likelihood Section 230 ends up getting changed because of the executive order, Sylvain added, is “low.”
