Một người dân thuờng, nếu không xem xét, sẽ không thấy rõ thủ đoạn lưu manh của bọn Cộng Hòa Hạ viện mà đứng đầu là Paul Ryan và tòng phạm là Devin Nunes.
Nunes, sau khi bị bắt quả tang thông gian với Trump (bằng cách trao đổi thông tin điều tra vụ Nga-Trump với Nhà Trắng), đã tự ý rút lui khỏi ủy ban điều tra tại Hạ viện, nhưng âm thầm lén lút cùng đồng bọn xào nấu thông tin để bí mật viết bản ghi nhớ nhằm bôi nhọ và gây nghi ngờ công an liên bang FBI trong mục đích điều tra vụ Nga-Trump.
Chúng đợi đến phút chót mới tung ra bản ghi nhớ này để dùng đa số chấp thuận cho phép công khai thông tin từ bản ghi nhớ .
VÀ ĐÂY LÀ CHỖ GIAN MANH THỦ ĐOẠN CỦA CHÚNG :
1. chúng tự đặt qui trình XIN PHÉP Trump (!)
- để Trump quyết định có cho phép công khai văn kiện ấy hay không
2. Chúng đòi hỏi bản phản bác của bên Dân Chủ phải để cho đồng bọn của chúng xem xét trong 11 ngày, sau đó phải đệ trình lên Trump, xin phép TT để tùy ý Trump có cho công khai văn bản ấy hay không .
Vấn đề đặt ra là :
1. Trump đang là đối tượng dính líu bị điều tra (sắp bị ông Bob Mueller "hỏi chuyện" !!!)
- tại sao lại phải xin phép y ?
bản ghi nhớ của Nunes không phải là dự luật chính sách do QH thông qua
- tại sao phải trình lên hành pháp (Trump), một thằng đang bị tình nghi và sắp bị FBI "hỏi chuyện" ?
2. Quốc Hội biểu quyết công khai thông tin, - tại sao lại phải đệ trình và xin phép bên hành pháp ?
3. Tại sao không đệ trình cùng lúc cả hai văn bản - để quyết định đồng nhất cho cả hai:
nếu công khai thì phải công khai cả hai, nếu giữ bí mật thì phải giữ lại cả hai chứ !!!
Tại sao lại cho thằng Trump quyền phủ quyết văn bản phản bác của đảng Dân Chủ ..???
Công bằng ở đâu ?! Trong sáng chỗ nào ?!

Ryan defends release of memo on alleged surveillance abuses but warns against tying it to Mueller probe

House Speaker Paul D. Ryan on Tuesday defended the way that Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes handled a politically divisive vote to publicize a classified memo detailing alleged surveillance abuses by federal law enforcement agencies, but he warned against using it to discredit the special counsel’s probe of Russian meddling in the 2016 election.
Ryan (R-Wis.) said Nunes (R-Calif.) was following a well-established "process" when the committee voted Monday to release a GOP-drafted memo to the public, provided President Trump does not block its efforts within five days. The panel also voted to make a memo drafted by Democrats rebutting the GOP’s document available to House members to read in a secure facility, as the panel had done with the GOP memo 11 days earlier along party lines.
Ryan suggested to reporters Tuesday that “there may have been malfeasance at the FBI by certain individuals,” citing that as one of several reasons Republicans want “all of this information” contained in the memo “to come out.”
Democrats have charged that Nunes withheld the memo from the FBI and the Justice Department until the last minute, resisting the advice of top officials who as recently as last week were warning against making it public.
But Democrats charge that the GOP’s memo campaign is compromising the integrity of key law enforcement agencies in political deference to Trump at a time when they need to be especially vigilant against potential threats from Russia. Senior Democrats openly questioned why the GOP chose to focus their attention on the memo Monday instead of Trump’s decision not to sanction Russian officials on the administration’s newly-released oligarchs list, which mirrors a list Forbes magazine compiled of the wealthiest Russians.
“These are mandatory sanctions,” Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer (D-N.Y.) said. “He is ignoring them and he is not implementing them . . . making things worse.”
Schumer also questioned whether a mysterious visit last week from Sergey Naryshkin, the head of Russian intelligence, had anything to do with the Trump administration’s sanctions decision.
“Which U.S. officials did he meet with?” Schumer asked. “What did they discuss? Surely he didn’t come alone, so which other sanctioned Russian intelligence agency figures has the Trump administration let into our country?”
The Russian Embassy confirmed Naryshkin’s visit via Twitter on Tuesday morning. Naryshkin has been under U.S. sanctions since 2014.
Some Republicans expressed concern about the administration’s decision not to issue new sanctions Monday.

Your headline shows how slimy Ryan is. The whole point of this memo business is to discredit Mueller's work. Ryan and his buddies are doing all they can to protect Trump while doing nothing to protect the country. Russia is still tampering with our politics and their bots (automated internet responses) are busy hyping the memo. Republicans in Congress swore to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and to bear true faith and allegiance to the same, but they are enabling our enemies to destroy our democratic process.

...Ryan suggested to reporters Tuesday that “there may have been malfeasance at the FBI by certain individuals,” May have been and could have been are not evidence and let me remind people that much of the information in the (Russian) dossier confirmed information already in the hands of the FBI; thus, it corroborated, but did not refute what the FBI already knew. This is obviously a smear job by Nunes, who "recused" himself for about five minutes from the committee's probe, and is a traitorous and unpatriotic toady for Trump.
