LETTER OF INVITATION
To: Parents and students
Dear Friends and students,
In unity with the festive atmosphere surrounding the Back-To-School Day of An Lac Vietnamese Language School for school year 2015-2016, the school administration respectfully inform and invite all parents as well as students to gather at An Lac Mission – 901 S. Saticoy Ave, Ventura, CA 93004 – to attend the event at 10:00 AM, Sunday, October 11, 2015.
Parents who have yet to fill out the registration for their children can still do so at the Back-To-School Day. However to facilitate the class formation as well the buying of academic books for the students, parents are asked to kindly reply to this email with the following information:

• Date of Birth:
• New or Former student:
• If former student, what was last year’s grade class?
• Name of Parent(s):
After the Back-To-School Day ceremony, the school administration and teachers shall meet with the Parents at 11:30 AM to go through the curriculum, activities as well as things required to know, to do in the new school year. We hope Parents shall arrange time to attend in force.
